Tip of the Week: There are no easy ways to success in swimming. There is only one way, and that is through practice! At practice, through drills, you strengthen your techniques—over and over—until your muscles have them memorized. “Muscle memory” will enable you to reduce resistance, produce more speed, and save you energy for the end of the race.
